1. Our Mission
Muslim Friends (صديق المسلم) was created with a clear objective: to provide Muslims worldwide with a dignified, comprehensive, and distraction-free Islamic companion app. In an era where mobile apps are cluttered with disruptive advertisements and aggressive telemetry, Muslim Friends prioritizes spiritual peace, rigorous Islamic authenticity, and respect for user privacy.
2. An Islamic Waqf (وقف لله تعالى)
The application is maintained as an Islamic Waqf (endowment) owned and supported by Sherif Shaaban Development L.L.C. It is not built as an ad-revenue vehicle, and its core religious tools will remain accessible to all believers without paywalls.
3. Open Source for Developers
Transparency builds trust. Muslim Friends publishes its source code for developers, students, and Islamic software contributors:
- Inspect the code, verify offline calculations, or contribute translations.
- GitHub Repository:

4. Core Capabilities

- Prayer & Adhan: Offline astronomical calculation methods tailored to your region with customizable notifications.
